PAYMENTS

You can select "Online Banking" to make instant payment with your Debit/Credit Card or Online Banking Transfer.

Alternatively, for hassle free purchasing experience, top up your Wallet before making any purchases.

You are advised not to stop or skip your layby payment. However, if you choose to skip your layby payment, no penalty will be imposed on you.

No penalties will be imposed to customer for missing his / her monthly Layby payment. However Layby.my have the rights to cancel any order without any refund if the monthly Layby payment is inactive for certain grace period.

Customer are encouraged to contact our Customer Service via our Support Page to discuss payment arrangement. For further information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

With Layby,  YOU DO NOT OWE us anything. Therefore, NO additional charges will be imposed when you miss your Layby Payment. You can always monitor your Layby's Payment on your Layby's page.

Layby installment payment is flexible. Our customers are allowed to make early payments (without receiving any discounts), and skip or make late payments (without additional charges or penalties imposed). Layby.my commitment to deliver your purchased will be per expected shipping date as stated in the invoice. Any early delivery will be solely up to Layby.my discretion. Please refer to the 'shipment & delivery" FAQ and T&C for further details on early delivery option.

COMMISSIONS

All incentives will be directly credited to your Wallet right after the related payment has been received and been verified by our Finance. Your Layby Incentives for the respective month is shown in Current Incentive's section in your Wallet page.

LAYBY.MY WALLET

Any transactions that require verification process will be processed by our management team within three (3) working days.

Make a purchase with your Wallet for fast and smooth transactions. It is easy to Top-up:

    1. Tap on the wallet at my dashboard.

    2. Select the amount that you would like to top up.

    3. Click TOPUP NOW.

    4. Select your payment and click PAYOUT.

You can pay your Top-up amount via Online Banking.


Layby.my allows you to transfer any amount from your Wallet to another without any charges. All Transfer Request is secured with OTP code verification. To transfer:

    1. Tap on Wallet at My Dashboard.

    2. Click Transfer To Another Account.

    3. Insert receiver name or username and amount to transfer.

    4. Request the OTP code

    5. Insert the OTP code then click Send Balance.

Please check the receiver details before making any transfer. Any transactions confirmed  by OTP cannot be reverse by Layby.my.

You can withdraw from your Wallet to any of your registered Bank  Account.

    1. Tap on Wallet at My dashboard.

    2. Click Withdrawal Request.

    3. Insert the amount to withdraw and select your bank account.

    4. Request the OTP code.

    5. Insert the OTP code then click WITHDRAW.

All Withdraw Request will be processed by our management team within three (3) working days.

You can Withdraw anytime. There is No limitation for Withdrawal Requests during any given month. The management fee of RM 2 will be deducted from the requested Withdrawal Amount.

LAYBY.MY ACCOUNT

Log in to your Layby.my Account using your registered email and password via the Log in link. Use the forgot password function or contact our customer service if you are unable to log in to your account.

1. Click Forgot Password? at the Log In page

2. Enter your email at the password recovery page and then click reset password.

3. An email with a password reset link will be send to the registered email. Click at the link and reset your password.

Please update your profile for smooth delivering process.

1. Log in to your Layby.my account at Layby.my

2. Go to My profile at your dashboard

3. Update your profile in “Edit profile”

4. Update your address in “Address”

5. Update your bank info in “Bank account”

6. Change your password in “Change password”

You can always access to your group information at your Network page.  Select member list or network tree illustration for viewing.

Shipment & Delivery

Your purchased items will only be processed for shipment once you completed the final Layby installment. Layby.my team will monitor your monthly Layby installment payment and notify our supplier for shipment arrangement.

Items will be shipped / delivered within 14 working days after full payment has been made by customers based on no. of Layby months that was selected during the first checkout for deposit / downpayment.

About Layby.my

Layby,my is an online shop that offers high quality products with flexible 'Layby' payment plan. You can buy high quality products without breaking the bank. Enjoy the Layby flexible payment plan with Zero DEBT, Zero Hidden Charges, Zero Interest.

With Layby.my, our users or customers just need to:

  • Browse and select the desired product to be purchased
  • Adjust the monthly payment plan:  
    •  Adjust the amount of deposit
    • Adjust the no. of month (payment plan duration)
  • Checkout and pay for the deposit

Once we received the notification of successful deposit payment by our customers. We will place an order to our supplier to reserve the product for Layby.my's customers.

Our system will help to remind and track customer's Layby payment. Once payment is completed, Layby.my will notify out suppliers to release the reserved product for delivery.



Layby.my customer is never in debt with us due to:

  1. Layby.my will release the product for delivery to customer after the full payment has been received (all monthly payment has been completed by customer).
  2. Therefore, there will be no additional charges, or penalties imposed if customer need to skip a monthly payment, because you never OWE us anything!

ORDER CANCELLATION

Yes. You may request for order cancellation by emailing your purchase details i.e. invoice number, payment receipt, etc to [email protected]. The refund process and amount shall be subjected to layby.my T&C.

In summary, plan for your purchase properly, if you need to change your mind, we encourage you to do it as early as possible.

Layby Warranty

Ok. If this scenario happens, it is layby.my's fault.


Therefore, per Layby Warranty Clause (you may refer to our T&C page), Layby.my shall offer the following option to be selected by customer:

1. Full refund of the paid amount, or

2. Replacement to products with equivalent or better price. For example, if customer purchased iPhone 11 Pro with layby.my and it is out of stock after full payment has been made, layby.my shall offer iPhone 11Pro Max as a replacement to the iPhone 11 Pro.

Please take notes that layby.my have the full rights to select what item(s) to be offered to customer for this scenario.

However, our customer shall have the full right to select either option offered (money refund or replacement item)
